Shipping Policy 

We currently deliver to the following countries:
United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, United States of America, and United Arab Emirates.

Delivery Times

  • UK Orders: 2–6 business days after order confirmation.
  • International Orders: 5–10 business days after order confirmation.

Customs and Duties

  • Orders within the UK will not incur customs fees or duties.
  • For international destinations, customs fees and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs policies vary by country. For accurate information, please contact your local customs office.
  • Any unpaid customs duties or taxes may result in the shipment being returned to us. Additional postage costs for redelivery will apply.

Customs Inspections

International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities. We cannot guarantee delivery timelines in such cases or be held responsible for delays caused by customs.

Undelivered Items

If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it may be returned to us at the courier’s discretion. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Important: Our return address may vary depending on your location. Please do not send your return without first contacting us to confirm the correct return address. Unapproved returns will not be accepted or processed.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at returns@sawahood.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
